Flu shot: you in or out? Oct13 '04
I recently received my annual flu vaccination. I feel safer, knowing that I have something to help me through the cold, harsh winter months, here in Chicago.

I understand that the flu vaccination only helps against ONE strain of the flu, and there are MANY strains that could affect someone. But... I still feel it’s providing SOME protection.
