CBS Chicago goes web standards Sep24 '05
I just noticed a major Chicago news stations’ web site is now adhereing to web standards, and it looks really good.
CBS 2 Chicago has a Strict XHTML DOCTYPE, and external style sheets for both screen, projection and print, handheld. And, best of all, there are no tables designating layout - just for tabular data.
Very nice work. I love seeing major corporations take their web sites a step in the right direction.
