Four new Sitepoint books Jan26 '06
I ordered four new tech books from Sitepoint, which are, by far, some of the best books I’ve ever read on web-related technologies.
I received one this past Christmas, and I am aboslutely in love with it. I feel that the author (and the company) understand exactly what today’s web developers need to know, in order to "keep up" with the fast-changing "web world."
The writing is extremely fluent and structured. The code samples blend perfectly with the surrounding text. The books are made to match the "detailed" and "specifically anal" personalities of web developers!
DHTML Utopia has been a phenomenal resource, and has opened my mind to so many new possibilities, regarding web design/programming. It’s like I just started in this field!
So... without further ado, the four new books I ordered are:
- The PHP Anthology: Object Oriented PHP Solutions (2 books)
- Build Your Own ASP.NET Website Using C# & VB.NET
- The CSS Anthology: 101 Essential Tips, Tricks & Hacks
Can’t wait to start reading those!
