Does AIM archive conversations? May04 '06

If I don’t know of this feature, please excuse me.

I need AIM to save my conversations. iChat does this, and so does GTalk.

What gives, AIM? Get with it!

I use AIM for work, and it’s crucial to have conversations saved, so I can look back on them.

I lose so much important information, because somehow I end up discussing it over AIM, with co-workers, instead of email. Sometimes, I just tell people to email me, since AIM doesn’t save or archive conversations.

Although as much as I’ve looked, maybe it does, and I just don’t know it.

Can anyone verify an approach to archiving AIM conversations?

Please do tell.
