Yes, and another annoyance is when people respond as if they are sending you a text message. Example: I got a reply on an apartment I was interested in and this is what it said - "R u familiar w roger s park?"

There are about 6 things wrong with that sentence - if you can call it that. Not to mention that there was no greeting, and no 'thanks for your interest'. You can bet this is as far as that deal will go!
