Pilot Precise Grip Roller Ball Pen Dec12 '06

I try to input notes on the computer, at all times. With the help of services like Google Notebook, I can easily save notes for access anywhere.

However, there are many times when physically writing something down is necessary, either because I don't have my computer in front of me, or because pen and paper is much quicker. For these times, I like a pen that performs well.

These are the features I look for in a pen:

The Pilot Precise Grip © meets much of my needs. It's stylish design makes it a look a little more professional than an average ballpoint pen. It also writes extremely smooth. My writing flows off the pen, as it should. I also never have to shake it, or scribble to get it to work, after periods of non-use.

I can leave the cap off for hours at a time, and it doesn't dry out.

I also leave one in my car, which often gets down to single-digit temperatures during the winter, and the pen still works fine upon continued use.

The Pilot Precise Grip © has a nice, narrow ink line - which hardly ever bleeds on the paper. The ink is also consistent, meaning there hardly ever gaps in my writing, due to the ink not flowing properly.

Finally, the rubber grip around the base of the pen helps it remain steady while you write.

I recommend Target for a purchase of a three-pack of these pens. The price was around $6, and the pens last quite some time.
