I totally agree. I especially hate when people respond at the same time, and the same issues are mentioned, and then people continue to try and hold conversations through the email string - it's a disaster, and creates repetitiveness.

I will try to avoid having to copy more than two other people if possible - if there are other people those people need to communicate with - let them do it and get back to me. I find that it's best to try and appoint a 'point person' for each project. That way, the decisions coming from them are final - and not your liability if they fail to communicate with the rest of their team.

People do have poor language uses in emails. I am sure I am one of them.
